Body weight

For the beginner in need of a foundation that we can build upon. We will focus on total body control and form and technique.

Muay Thai HIIT

Here, we will combine multiple time tested and proven exercises and drills to teach and build your fundamentals in the art of Muay Thai while keeping a high intensity to get you in fighting shape.

Strength and conditioning

Here we will use varying compound lifts in order to increase our overall functional strength and cardio circuits to increase our endurance.

Athletic development

We will use my expertise as a multiple sport athlete to develop the necessary attributes for any athlete to succeed including reactive/ sport specific drilling and prehab.
